This game has stunning art, fun gameplayand an interesting concept BUT youy really should either tone down the difficulty or allow the player to upgrade gobtron higher than level 4, level 5 would probobly make it alot easier.

the idea is good and overall the game is well made, but it's way to difficult and it required no strategy by stage 4 i was flailing my cursor all over the screen!

Although this game is brilliant, beautifully designed and awesome in pretty much every way it's so difficult! i couldn't get past the second surgery!

great, funny game i would have given it 10 if there was a health bar and health pick-ups, nevertheless very addictive!!!

if you want tons of clicks to spend in the shop then go to secrets and you will be able to delete the amount of clicks you have and insert a new amount and buy everything!
